Does the course need to be closed during the shoot?
Not at all. Our crew only needs three consecutive tee times reserved at 2:00 PM. We start on hole one and move with the natural pace of play — no disruption to your members or daily operations.
Does the course cover travel expenses?
Travel is included in the flat-rate quote we provide upfront — no surprise fees.
How long does it take to deliver the final product?
Expect delivery within approximately 1 week of shoot day.
How large is your production crew?
We operate as a lean two-person crew, keeping our footprint on the course minimal.
What happens if weather doesn't cooperate?
We'll reschedule to the next available date of your choice at no additional cost.
How do you deliver the files?
We'll send you a Google Drive folder with all final files. We also work with you directly to post the content to social media in a way that maximizes reach and engagement.
